We are a multidisciplinary consultancy with a focus on delivering a resilient and sustainable built environment. We work internationally, across a range of development projects and in the provision of strategic advisory services to our clients.  

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the areas of fire safety in construction and in the remediation / refurbishment of existing buildings. In exchange, we can offer a market leading package which includes the opportunity to build an equity stake in the business. This role is home based but you will need to be able to travel to meet clients, visit project sites and get together with the other members of the team. 

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be service delivery but you will also need to play an active role in the growth and development of the business as a whole. You will be working alongside our founding Directors to build long term relationships with clients who share our vision and appreciate our practice principles. You will be delivering projects across the UK and assisting owners and operators of existing buildings, as well as offering design consultancy and construction advisory services. As such, you will need exceptional consulting skills and be willing to travel.

For this particular role, you will need:

  • outstanding technical capability
  • strong project management skills
  • confidence in the application of risk management and fire safety engineering principles 
  • a working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, codes and standards
  • good construction products and materials knowledge

To be able to perform in this role, you will likely require a minimum of 6-10 years experience, be educated to Masters Degree level and be professionally qualified or working towards professional recognition e.g. CEng. You will need to be a British or European citizen and hold a full driving licence.
